Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full Honors Arrival Ceremony
to welcome Vice President Paul Kagame, of the Republic of Rwanda, to the
Pentagon at 10:30 a.m. (EST), Dec. 12, 1994.
The Ceremony will be held on
the River Parade Field of the Pentagon.
There will be a photo opportunity
immediately following the ceremony.
