Under Secretary of the Army Joe R. Reeder and Assistant Secretary of Defense
for Reserve Affairs Deborah R. Lee will travel to Haiti Tuesday to meet with
Ambassador William L. Swing and Maj. Gen. David C. Meade and to visit units and
