ROTC Cadets, Midshipmen To Be Commissioned At White House

            Fifty-five Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadets and midshipmen are scheduled to be commissioned at the White House on Thursday, May 17, 2007, as a part of continued activities in the month of May recognized as National Military Appreciation Month.
 
            The event participants represent each of the 50 states, four territories and the District of Columbia.
