DoD California Wildfire Support Announced
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense Paul McHale and Chief of the National Guard Bureau Lt. Gen. H Steven Blum will brief live from the Pentagon at 3:30 p.m. EDT, Oct. 23, in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an overview of Department of Defense support to fighting the wildland fires in California.
Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building. |
