Army Col. David Blackledge, commander, 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, will conduct a briefing on Free Iraqi Forces remotely from Umm Qasr, Iraq. The briefing will demonstrate the roles of Free Iraqi Forces already engaged in missions in Southern Iraq. The briefing will be held today at 10 a.m. EST in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon, Room 2E781.
