The Department of Defense invites media to participate in a press availability and opportunity to gather imagery aboard the Cape Ray with installed Field Deployable Hydrolysis Systems Jan. 2, 2014, in Portsmouth, Va. The recently-outfitted Cape Ray will participate in the OPCW-UN Joint Mission to destroy Syria's Chemical Weapons stockpile (OPCW-UN Joint Mission).
