Background Briefing to be Held on Draft Military Commission Instruction
A defense official will conduct a background briefing on the release of the military commission draft Crimes and Elements Instruction, Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, at 12:00 p.m EST in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781.
