Anaconda Phone Interviews with Soldiers
Two U.S. Army soldiers who participated in Operation Anaconda in eastern Afghanistan will be available for interviews by telephone link today, Thursday, March 7, at 10 a.m. EST in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781.
The soldiers, one from the 101st Airborne Division, and one from the 10th Mountain Division, will discuss their personal experiences on the battlefield but will not discuss operational or intelligence matters and will adhere to force protection procedures regarding disclosure of personal information.
