Mayors to Visit Pentagon
Director of Administration & Management David O. Cooke will welcome 50 mayors of the National League Cities to the Pentagon at 2 p.m. EST, Monday, March 11, 2002.
The mayors will present Cooke with 184 roses in memory of those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the Pentagon.
The ceremony will be held in the center courtyard of the Pentagon. Media must be at the Pentagon River Entrance no later than 1:25 p.m. EST for escort to the ceremony.
