10th Mountain Division Soldiers to Conduct Phone Interviews from Afghanistan

Three U.S. Army soldiers who participated in Operation Anaconda in eastern Afghanistan will be available for interviews by telephone link today, Wednesday, March 27, at 9 a.m. EST in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781.

They are:

1st Lt. Richard C. Phillips, Rifle Platoon Leader, A Co., 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, N.Y. Hometown: Lake City, Fla.

Spc. Jeffery E. Reen, Team Leader, A Co., 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, N.Y. Hometown: Easton, Mass.

Staff Sgt. Kevin A. Schiedeck, Squad Leader, A Co., 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Ft. Drum, N.Y. Hometown: Cottage Grove, Ga.
