Secretary Rumsfeld to Visit Bases in Illinois, Washington
Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld will conduct a town hall meeting with troops at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., at 2:55 p.m. CDT on Thursday, April 18, 2002.
