Grone to Give Speech on New Rule, Manual for BRAC Property Reuse

             Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment Philip W. Grone will deliver the keynote speech to the winter conference of the Association of Defense Communities Monday, March 6, at noon PST, at the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel, San Diego, Calif.

         Grone will address specifics of the new Final Rule and updated Base Redevelopment and Realignment Manual (BRRM) that govern disposal of property at installations being closed and realigned.  The Final Rule and the BRRM are available at http://www.dod.mil/brac, and on http://www.oea.gov .
