DoD to Recognize Outstanding Employees with Disabilities
The Department of Defense will hold its 22nd Annual Disability Awards Ceremony tomorrow at the Bethesda Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bethesda, Md., from 1:30 to 3 p.m. EST. Sixteen Defense employees with disabilities will be recognized for their outstanding performance in 2002.
Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense Charles S. Abell will host the event, which also recognizes Defense Department organizations with outstanding affirmative action programs for people with disabilities.
