2:30 p.m., Director, Program Analysis and Evaluation, Stephen Cambone discussing current status of Budget/Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Friday, December 20th:
9:00 a.m., Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations & Environment Ray DuBois discussing streamlining installations.
