DepSecDef to Receive John Hopkins University Award
Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz will receive the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Founders' Award and provide brief remarks at its commencement ceremony, 3 p.m. EDT, Thursday, May 24, 2001. The ceremony will take place at Constitution Hall, Washington, D.C.
The Founders' Award recognizes those individuals who have made a singular contribution to the school or who have distinguished themselves in the international arena. Wolfowitz served as dean and professor of International Relations of SAIS from January 1994 to February 2001.
