Pentagon to Brief on Military Support
Secretary of the Navy Gordon R. England and Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Vern Clark will make brief statements this afternoon at 2 p.m. EDT, in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781.
Army Brig. Gen. Clyde A. Vaughn, director of Military Support and deputy director of Army Operations, Readiness and Mobilization, will provide an update on military support to civilian authorities, immediately following the Navy statements.
