Disaster Assistance Center Commander to Brief Live From Pakistan

           Rear Adm. Michael LeFever, commander of the U.S. Disaster Assistance Center, will brief live from Islamabad, Pakistan , at 11 a.m. EST, Nov. 10, in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an update of ongoing operations in support of earthquake relief operations.  This briefing will be via a two-way audio feed.  There will be no video.

           Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.   Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.   Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
