Army to Host Media Visit to Joint Readiness Training Center
Army Public Affairs is arranging a media visit to the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) at Fort Polk, La., on Oct. 16, with return on Oct. 17. A unit from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) will be training at the JRTC on those dates, with the main event being operations conducted during the night of Oct 16. Brig. Gen. Swannack, commanding general, JRTC and Fort Polk will provide a briefing about activities and training being conducted at the JRTC. For additional information, contact Lt. Col. Henry L.
