Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Travels to Belgium and Bosnia
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers departed Andrews Air Force Base, Md., on Monday, Nov. 19, for a visit to Belgium and Bosnia.
Myers will participate in regularly scheduled North Atlantic Council Military Committee and Chief of Staff meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 20-21, in Brussels, Belgium. On Wednesday, Nov. 21, he departs for Tuzla, Bosnia, where he will visit commanders and troops for operational updates. Myers will be with the troops on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 22.
Myers returns to Washington on Thursday evening, Nov. 22.
