Army Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will depart from Andrews Air Force Base, Md., on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000, for a trip to Massachusetts.
Shelton will address the ARCO Forum at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass., at 4:30 p.m. EST.

Shelton returns to Washington late Wednesday.
