Honor Cordon/Media Availability for MoD France
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an honor cordon to welcome Minister of State for Defense Alain Richard, of the French Republic, to the Pentagon at 2:45 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2000.
The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 2:25 p.m. EST for the cordon.
Cohen and Richard will conduct a media availability in the DoD Briefing Studio Room 2E781 at 3:45 p.m. EST. Media without Pentagon credentials must be at the River Entrance of the Pentagon no later than 3:30 p.m. EST for admission.
