Secretary Cohen will host the first annual Senior Enlisted Forum
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host the first annual Senior Enlisted Forum Thursday in the Pentagon, Room 5A1070. His opening comments at 12:30 p.m. EDT will be open to the media as well as a question and answer session with members of the forum at 5 p.m. in the Pentagon Briefing Room, 2E781.
The purpose of the forum is to acknowledge the vital role of our senior enlisted members in today's Total Force, and to provide an opportunity for Secretary Cohen to obtain their perspective on some of the key issues confronting our armed forces today.
Forum members will participate in discussion groups that will address compensation, recruiting and retention, health care, and quality of life and family support issues.
