Louis A. Kratz, assistant deputy under secretary of Defense for Logistics Architecture, is scheduled to present DSP plaque awards to individual winners and winning teams during the ceremony. The event is open for media coverage. The point of contact is Shari Strickland, (703) 767-6870.
