Deputy Secretary of Defense Rudy de Leon will make remarks regarding the Department of Defense's view of security cooperation and program improvement efforts at the 2nd annual Defense Security Cooperation Agency Conference on July 11, 2000, at 9 a.m. EDT. The speech will be given at the Hilton Hotel, Admiralty Ballroom, 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Crystal City, Va.
There will be no media availability nor will there be an audio feed of the speech to the Pentagon.
