quantity contract for hot weather boots, desert boots, combat
boots and desert power boots.

Work will be performed in Waynesville,
N.C., and Aquadilla, Puerto Rico, and is expected to be completed
by April 29, 1998.

CFM International, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a
$1,100,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment
contract to provide for up to 267 CFM56 engines for the KC-135
and RC-135 aircraft re-engining program.
The work will be
performed at General Electric Corp., Cincinnati, Ohio (51%) and
SNECMA, Paris, France (49%).
Contract is expected to be
completed April 2002.
Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year.
There was one firm solicited and one
proposal received.
Solicitation began March 1994; negotiations
were complete September 1996.
Oklahoma City Air Logistics
Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-
97/D-0088).
United Technologies Corp., West Palm Beach, Fla., is being
awarded an $82,227,701 face value increase to a firm fixed price
contract to provide for 19 F-100-PW-220 engines applicable to the
F-16 aircraft.
This effort also includes the following
components applicable to the F100-PW-220 engine: 6 Engine Fan
Modules, 4 Engine Core Modules, 13 Engine Fan Drive Turbine
Modules, 3 Engine Gearbox Modules, and 3 Engine Augmentor
Modules.
The work will be performed at United Technologies
Corp., Pratt & Whitney Manufacturing Operations, Middletown,
Conn.
Contract is expected to be completed December 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

This effort supports foreign military sales to Taiwan.
San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly AFB, Texas, is the
contracting activity (F33657-94/D-2001 SA09).
Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems, Ft. Worth, Texas,
is being awarded an $86,262,078 face value increase to a fixed
price incentive fee contract to provide for integration of the
Airborne Self-Protection Jammer electronic countermeasures onto
80 F-16C aircraft.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year.

proposal received.
Solicitation began October 1995; negotiations
were completed February 1997.
This effort supports foreign
military sales to Korea.
Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-

Aero Corp., Lake City, Fla., is being awarded a $10,162,294
firm fixed price contract to provide for programmed depot
maintenance of 15 C-130 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be

Hughes Missile Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being issued a
$5,889,683 ceiling-priced-order for repair of Close-In-Weapon
System (CIWS) components.
Work will be performed in Louisville,
Ky., and is expected to be completed by June 1998.
The contract

expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

The Naval Inventory Control Point,
Mechanicsburg, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00104-94-G-
A008) (Order 0032).
Raytheon Electronic Systems, Bedford, Mass., is being
awarded a $5,736,664 firm-fixed-priced contract for 1,252
Sidewinder Guidance Control Sections for the Air Force. Work will
be performed in Andover, Mass., and is expected to be completed
by March 2000.

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati, Ohio, is
being awarded a $10,000,000 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-96-C-0176 for the Joint Strike Fighter Alternatie
Engine Program- Phase II.
Work will be performed in Cincinnati,
Ohio, and is expected to be completed by October 2000.

Northrop-Grumman Corp., Military Aircraft Systems Div., El
Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $6,498,048 firm-fixed-priced
contract for BQM-74E Aerial Target Mission Essential Kits. Work
will be performed in El Segundo, Calif. (50%), and Hawthorne,
Calif. (50%), and is expected to be completed by February 1999.
Contract funds in the amount of $505,106 will expire at the end
of the current fiscal year.

Muskegon, Mich. (13%), and is expected to be completed by July
30, 1999.
