NAVY
General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Mass., is being
awarded a $6,086,500
firm-fixed-price, basic ordering agreement for procurement of 329
flameholders used on the F-404-402 engine on the F/A-18 aircraft.
Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be
completed by February 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not
competitively procured.
The Naval Inventory Control Point,
Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (F34601-97-G-0002)
(Order GDH1).
Hughes Missile Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded
a $5,970,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-
94-C-5435 for 30 Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) missiles for
the Block 1 Guided Missile Round Pack (GMRP) Production Program.
This effort is in support of the Rolling Airframe Missile.
Work
will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (50%), and Riemerling, Germany
(50%), and is expected to be completed by September 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the
contracting activity.
Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Arlington, Va., is being
awarded a $49,751,000 modification to previously awarded contract
N00019-96-C-0054 for long lead-time effort and materials
associated with the manufacture and delivery of five Fiscal Year
1998 MV-22 Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) aircraft.
Work
will be performed in Ridley Park, Pa. (50%), and Fort Worth,
Texas (50%), and is expected to be completed by November 2000.
Contract funds would not have expired at the end of the current
fiscal year.
The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is
the contracting activity.
