Beaver Street Foods*, Jacksonville, Fla., is being awarded
an estimated $5,000,000 firm fixed price requirements contract
for food and beverage support under the Subsistence Prime Vendor
program. Ninety two proposals were solicited and three were
received. Work is expected to be completed by April 30, 1998.
Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense
Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting

AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corp., Pico Rivera, Calif., is being
awarded a $7,596,701 face value increase to a firm fixed price
contract to provide for technical Orders to enhance the
maintenance and repair capability of the Technical Repair Centers
supporting the B-2 aircraft. Contract is expected to be
completed January 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics
Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F33657-
87/C-2000, P00774).
TASC, Reading, Mass., is being awarded a $35,000,000
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for
research and research support related to optical radiation,
including the areas of biological system interaction, chemical
interaction, visual performance, environmental studies, and
medical technology development. Funds will be obligated as
individual delivery orders are issued. At this time, $395,000 of
the contract funds have been obligated. The work will be
performed at Brooks AFB, Texas. Contract is expected to be
completed April 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. There were 6 firms solicited and one
proposal received. Solicitation began December 1996;

being awarded a $6,570,099 firm-fixed-price contract for the
procurement of 1800 Laser Guided Training Rounds. Work will be
performed in Archbald, Pa., and is expected to be completed by
October 1998. Contract funds would not have expired at the end

1997, a delivery order amount of $53,000 as part of a $13,250,000
(cumulative total) indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity/time

number and dollar value will be issue with each delivery order)
amount, by year $2,650,000 contract to provide Operation and
Maintenance (O&M) and incidental repair and replacement services
for Governmental facilities, including operation preventive
maintenance, commissioning inherent in Government facilities such
as but not limited to medical, non-medical, training,
administrative, plants, labs and storage facilities. Work will
be performed in Continental U.S .(90%), Alaska (5%) and Hawaii
(5%) and is expected to be completed by April 29, 1998. Contract

expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on Jan. 10, 1997. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity,

TLT Corporation, Wakefield, Mass., is being awarded an
indefinite-quantity. firm-fixed-price contract with a cumulative
total of $60,000,000, for renovation of Smoke Bomb Hill Barracks,
Phase II, Fort Bragg, N.C. The period of performance is based
period of 1 year with two 1-year options. The project consists
of roof replacement; roof framing system replacement; air
handling units replacements; window replacements; plumbing
fixture replacements; demolition/replacement of interior walls,
refinishing of floors, walls, and ceilings; replacement of
existing electrical, telephone and cable television, and
installation of cabinetry. A total of 19 barracks building is
included in this project. Work will be performed at Fort Bragg,
N.C., and is expected to be completed by May 15, 2000. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were 130 bids submitted on Feb. 13, 1997 and 6 bids were

JT Construction Co., Inc., San Antonio, Texas, is being
awarded a $6,926,998 firm-fixed-price contract for construction
and renovation services to alter classroom, kitchen,
laboratories, and other portions of two designated building.
Work will be performed at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and is
expected to be completed by Nov. 1, 1998. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 70
bids solicited on Oct. 24, 1996, and 8 bids received. The
contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort
Worth Texas (DACA6397-C-0026).
CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc., Addison, Ill., was awarded
on April 30, 1997 a delivery order amount $500,000 as part of a
$300,000,000 (cumulative total) indefinite-delivery/indefinite
quantity/cost reimbursement contract for the total remediation of
hazardous, toxic, radioactive waste projects/sites in support of
various Corps of Engineer customers within the civil/military
boundaries of the Ohio River Division. Task orders will be
issued on a cost reimbursement basis for specific remediation
related tasks related to specific sites. Work will be performed
in Savanna, Ill., as well as possible sites within civil/military
boundaries of the Ohio River Division of the Army Corps of
Engineers, and is expected to be completed by April 14, 2001.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 317 bids solicited on March 24, 1997, and seven
