Usibelli Coal Mine, Inc.*, Healy, Alaska, is being awarded an estimated $62,562,300 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for sub-bituminous coal. One hundred ten proposals were solicited and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by May 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-97-D-0674).
Northrop-Grumman, Electronic Systems Integration Division (ESID), Hawthorne, Calif., is being awarded an $11,300,000 ceiling-price order for development, production, testing and logistics support of the Vidicon Tube replacement on the Television Camera System of the F-14 A/B/D models. Work will be performed in Rolling Meadows, Ill., and is expected to be completed June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Penn., is the contracting activity (N00383-97-G-003D) (Order 0035).
Contract N00019-97-C-0027 for Maersk Line Limited, announced June 6, 1997, should have stated that the contract was a competitive procurement with 300 proposals solicited and four offers received.
