ARMY

IFR Systems Inc., Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $6,399,173 delivery order amount as part of a $24,700,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for an AN/GRM-122 Radio Test Set, J-4843A/GRM; a J4843A Retrofit Kit, and TF-119A test fixtures and spares in support of the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS), System Improvement Program (SIP) radios. Work will be performed in Wichita, Kan., and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 25, 1996. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Ft. Monmouth, N.J. (DAAB07-97-D-C008).

Earth Tech Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $500,000 delivery order amount as part of a $50,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with time and materials and firm fixed price task orders contract to provide quick response (services/construction) to repair/renewal situations relating to, but not limited to, the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of government medical and nonmedical facilities. Work location will be determined by individual task orders which may include the continental United States (90%); Alaska (1%); Hawaii (8%); and Panama, the Virgin Islands, Bahama Islands, Bermuda Islands and Puerto Rico (1%), and is expected to be completed by June 12, 1998, plus four option years. These are estimated percentages based on current program projections. There were 115 bids solicited on Aug. 16, 1996, and nine bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Ala. (DACA87-97-D-0037).

John J. Kirlin Inc., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $500,000 delivery order amount as part of a not-to-exceed $50,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with time and materials and firm fixed price task orders contract to provide quick response (services/ construction) to repair/renewal situations relating to, but not limited to, the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of government medical and nonmedical facilities. NAVY

Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Corp., Nashua, N.H., is being awarded an $11, 989,526 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the design, development, and production of three advanced common electronic modules. Work will be performed in Nashua, N.H., and is expected to be completed September 2001. Contract funds would not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via a Broad Agency Announcement and 26 offers were received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00019-97-C-0042).
