DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Cohr, Inc., Ontario, Calif., is being awarded an estimated $20,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for CT scanner maintenance service. Thirty-eight proposals were solicited and eight were received. Innoserve Technologies Maintenance Services Inc.*, Arlington, Texas, is being awarded an estimated $20,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for CT scanner maintenance service. Thirty-eight proposals were solicited and eight were received. Work is expected to be completed by July 2, 1998. Elscint, Inc., Hackensack, N.J., is being awarded an estimated $20,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for CT scanner maintenance service. Thirty-eight proposals were solicited and eight were received. Work is expected to be completed by July 2, 1998. AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Philadelphia, PA., is being awarded a $32,000,000 contract to complete phase two, production and integration, of the Nuclear Detonation Detection System Augmentation Payload program. Contract is expected to be completed in February 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of current fiscal year. The solicitation was issued in November 1996 and negotiations were completed in June 1997. Space and Missile Center, El Segundo Calif. is the contracting activity (F04701-89-C-0073 P00121).

Boeing North American Inc., Fort Walton Beach, Fla, is being awarded a $13,278,448 cost plus incentive fee contract for Organizational Maintenance Manual Sets for the AC-130U Gunship Program. Contract is expected to be completed in May 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of current fiscal year. Tracor Aerospace, Inc., Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $10,737,251 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract for AN/ALM-288 Test Sets, in support of the ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser System. Contract is expected to be completed in 12 months after receipt of order. Contract funds will not expire at the end of current fiscal year. The solicitation was issued in December 1996 and negotiations were completed in June 1997. Warner Robbins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base is the contracting activity (F09603-97-D-0373).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $23,825,282 fixed price incentive firm/award fee contract for incorporation of a single Block Change for Block VIII Retrofit and Block IX Field Support and Retrofit requirements. Contract is expected to be completed in December 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of current fiscal year. TRICARE SUPPORT OFFICE

Kennell and Associates, Inc., of Fairfax, Va, was awarded on June 30, 1997, an $18,805,436 contract for Policy and Statistical Analysis Services for contracting activities for the Department of Defense's TRICARE Managed Care Support program. The contract provides for a one-month transitional base period, plus five one-year option periods. The contract's start date is July 1, 1997. The TRICARE Support Office, Aurora, Colorado, is the contracting activity (MDA906-97-C-0004).

ARMY

NI Industries Inc., Riverbank, Calif., was awarded on June 30, 1997, a $7,097,939 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the service, maintenance and operation of a government owned/contractor operated facility and deep-drawn cartridge case production line. Work will be performed at the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant, Riverbank, Calif., and is expected to be completed by June 29, 1998. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 30, 1997. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Ill. (DAAA09-94-G-0010).

General Dynamics Land Systems Division, Sterling Heights, Mich., is being awarded a $6,200,000 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for System Technical Support (STS) for the Heavy Assault Bridge (HAB) Abrams Tank Program of the U.S. Army. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Mich., and is expected to be completed by March 30, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $40,215,029 firm-fixed-price contract for 150 each M1075 palletized loading system trucks and 50 each M1076 palletized loading system trailers. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NAVY

McDonnell Aircraft Corp., McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $9,020,240 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-92-C-0057 to provide support for the Swiss Air Force F/A-18C/D weapons systems program. This contract supports purchases for the Government of Switzerland under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (67%), and Hawthorne, Calif. (33%), and is expected to be completed by December 1997. Contract funds would not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Co., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $6,913,026 research and development completion contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing for the development of the littoral warfare Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration program. The contractor will develop Command and Control prototypes for technology evaluation. These component prototypes will be used to determine the full range of technical data such as equipment footprint, weight, power and performance, data rates, radar and communication ranges. Work will be performed in Marietta, Ga., and is expected to be completed by June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through the Broad Agency Announcement issued by Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and published in the Commerce Business Daily. The Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, Research Development, Test and Evaluation Division, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-97-C-8605).

Westinghouse Electric Corp., Machinery Apparatus Operation, Schenectady, N.Y., is being awarded a $45,653,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-96-C-4052 for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Components. Work will be performed Schenectady, N.Y. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

Westinghouse Electric Corp., Plant Apparatus Div., Pittsburgh, Pa., is being awarded a $21,694,575 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-96-C-4050 for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Components. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh, Pa. Contract funds in the amount of $8,500,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
