ARMY

Teledyne Brown Engineering, Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded $22,548 of a $28,978,697 time and materials and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Electronic Warfare Range technical support at the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002. Of the total contract funds, $22,584 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 28, 1997. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Huntsville, Ala. (DAAH01-97-D-A004).

NAVY

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $467,831,514 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-95-C-0031 to convert the advance acquisition contract for the FY 97 production procurement of 18 F/A-18C aircraft and associated supplies and data for the Finnish Air Force to a firm-fixed-price contract. This equipment is being purchased for the Government of Finland under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by January 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $209,615,590 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-C-0146 to definitize an advance acquisition contract to a firm-fixed-price contract to procure four FY 97 F/A-18C aircraft and four FY 97 F/A-18D aircraft for the Royal Thai Air Force under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-97-C-0099).
