McKesson Drug Co., San Francisco, Calif., is being awarded a $6,228,086 firm-fixed-price modified-requirements contract for pharmaceuticals under the Prime Vendor program. Work will be performed in Kansas City, Mo., and is expected to be completed by October 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-94-D-7008).
Combined Bridge Team joint venture, Alexandria, Va., is being awarded a $9,840,567 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 110 common bridge transporters and 114 bridge adapter pallets. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va. (57%); and Oshkosh, Wis. (43%), and is expected to be completed by April 30, 1999. Of the total contract funds, $572,194 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 21, 1997. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich. (DAAE07-97-C-X039).
General Dynamics/Advanced Technology Systems of Greensboro, N.C., is being awarded a $14,703,356 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Fixed Surveillance Systems (FSS). FSS consists of passive undersea surveillance systems such as Sound Surveillance Systems (SOSUS), Fixed Distributed Systems (FDS), Shore Signal Processing System Segment (SSIPS) and the Surveillance Direction System (SDS). This contract options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $45,204,003. Work will be performed in Greensboro, N.C., and in numerous locations worldwide. This contract is expected to be completed in September 1998. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-98-C-0001).
