AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Chantilly, Va., is being awarded, a $6,313,415 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for replacement of the host computer and software modifications on the Computational System of five Cockpit Procedures Trainers in support of the B-1B aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed September 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (33657-93/C-0029, P00041).

NAVY

Bechtel Environmental, Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $150,000,000 indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-award-fee contract for a Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action, Navy (CLEAN III) environmental studies. Work will be San Diego, Calif. (95%), andAlaska, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington (5%), and is expected to be completed by October 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through a Commerce Business Daily notice and 16 offers were received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest Division, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68711-95-D-7526).

Vitro Corp., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $6,785,321 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-96-C-5168 to provide technical engineering services in support of DDG 51 Class ships. Work will be performed in Rockville, Md., and is expected to be completed by November 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Exxon Company, International, Florham Park, N.J., is being awarded a $21,606,746 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for Jet A-1 fuel. Eight-seven proposals were solicited and sixteen were received. Work will be performed in overseas locations and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SPO600-98-D-0001).
