Bindley Western Drug Co., Middletown, Pa.,is being awarded an estimated $71,043,000 firm fixed price modified requirement
contract with economic price adjustment for pharmaceuticals under the prime vendor program. Two hundred three proposals were
solicited and six were received. Work is expected to be completed by March 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the
fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-96D-7018).
ARMY
The Ages Group*, Boca Raton, Fla., was awarded on March 11, 1997, a $32,069,212 modification to a firm fixed price contract
for life cycle contractor support for C-12 and RC-12 Army aircraft. Work will be performed at various beddown sites
worldwide. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 47 bids solicited on June 30,
1995, and six bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Mo. (DAAJ09-
96-C-0388).
Lockheed Martin Vought Systems Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $28,612,834 modification to a firm fixed price
contract to exercise, as an unpriced contractual action, 40 Army Tactical Missile System Block I Variant Guided Missiles and
Launching Assemblies (GMLAs) and one Flight Test GMLA in support of a foreign military sales requirement (Greece). The amount
obligated is 100% of option value. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas (98.2%) and Horizen City, Texas (1.8%), and is
expected to be completed by July 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on Oct. 28, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
(DAAH01-92-C-0038).

Coakley & Williams Construction Co. Inc., is being awarded an $8,601,000 fixed fee contract to design/build/construct a
multi-story dormitory facility. Work will be performed at Peterson Air Force Base, Col., and is expected to be completed by
Feb. 25, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 45 bids solicited on Sept. 26,
1996, and four bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Neb. (DACA45-97-C-0025).
The Lane Construction Corp., Meriden, Conn., is being awarded $34,053,318 as part of a $40,026,228 fixed price
construction contract. Under the Base Realignment and Closure Commission, the project requires expansion of the
runway/aprons/instrument landing system, vehicle operations, heated parking, and addition to the fire station. Work will be
performed at the Wheeler-Sack Airfield, Fort Drum, Watertown, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 18, 1999. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 50 bids solicited on Jan. 1, 1997, and ten bids were
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, N.Y. (DACA51-97-C-0015).
NAVY
OHM Remediation Services Corp., Findlay, Ohio, is being awarded a $2,749,727 modification under previously awarded
contract N68711-93-D-1459 for environmental remedial action for all services, labor, equipment and materials required for
installation restoration of sites 9 and 11 at the Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, Calif. The basic contract
amount is not-to-exceed $250,000,000. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by July 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest
Division, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.
