ARMY

David Boland Inc., Titusville, Fla., is being awarded $5,288,125 (base year total) as part of a firm-fixed-price contract with a cumulative total of $12,964,134 if all options are exercised. The project is for chemical/demilitarization support facilities: Package A roads, Package B buildings, and Package C electrical work. Work will be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Ark., and is expected to be completed by April 19, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was an announcement in the Commerce Business Daily on Feb. 24, 1998, and five bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock, Ark. (DACA03-98-C-0019).

AIR FORCE

General Electric Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded an $18,331,268 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for four F110-GE-129 engines applicable to the F-16 aircraft. The work is expected to be completed December 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-94-D-2000 Order 0071)

NAVY

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $144,680,728 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-C-0054 to provide for the manufacture and delivery of two additional FY 98 MV-22 low-rate-initial-production aircraft. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Penn. (50%), and Fort Worth, Texas (50%), and is expected to be completed by January 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

  • SEI, Asheville, N.C., is being awarded a $9,947,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-delivery order for the development, design and production of 2,200 parachute systems, subsystems, and components; and engineering support. Work will be performed in Ashville, N.C., and is expected to be completed by April 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end
  • of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-98-D-0077).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Information Systems Div., Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $7,250,034 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0222 for the fabrication, integration, testing and delivery of support equipment for the Consolidated Automated Support Station. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
