AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corp., is being awarded a $5,368,617 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for common sustaining engineering support for the F-15E aircraft through January 2000. The work will be completed January 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Air Force Material Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-97/C-0018, P00003).

Chromalloy Turbine Airfoils Division, Harrisburg, Pa., was awarded on July 7, a $26,366,175 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 99,000 (estimated quantity) First Stage Vanes for the TF-33 engines applicable to the B-52, C-141, E-3 and KC-135 aircraft. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. There were 12 firms solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began January 1998; negotiations were completed May 1998. The work will be completed December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-98/D-0154).

Honeywell Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., was awarded on July 6, a $5,288,347 firm-fixed-price-requirements contract to provide for repair of the Multi Function Display and related items applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. There were 8 firms solicited and 2 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1998; negotiations were completed June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42620-98/D-0087).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Raytheon E-Systems, Inc., Falls Church, Va., is being awarded an estimated maximum $9,400,000 indefinite-quantity contract for industrial bench stock under the Prime Vendor program. Ten proposals were solicited and eight were received. Work will be performed in Earth City, Mo., and is expected to be completed by July 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO540-98-D-AP01).

Enron Energy Services, Dublin, Ohio, was awarded on July 7, 1998, a $11,597,737 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas. Five hundred twenty-seven proposals were solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in Wall, N.J.; Cannon, N.M.; Los Alamos, N.M.; Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M.; White Sands Army Missile Range, N.M.; Cincinnati, Ohio; Columbus, Ohio; and Battle Creek, Mich., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SPO600-97-D-7522).
