DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Eagle Aviation, Inc.*, Kalispell, Mont., is being awarded a $20,152,496 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for reformulated gasoline; low sulfur diesel fuel; unleaded gasoline; and high sulfur diesel fuel. Two hundred thirty-three sealed bids were solicited and forty-four were received. Work will be performed in Arizona, California, and Utah, and is expected to be completed Aug. 31, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-98-D-4584).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $22,400,000 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price-contract to provide for conversion of five C-130J aircraft to the KC-130J tanker configuration for the Marine Corps. Expected contract completion date is December 31, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-95-C-2055-P00012).

NAVY

Tracor Applied Sciences, Inc., Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $16,642,462 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-97-C-1460 for technical and engineering support services for the integration and testing of radio communications systems for shipboard installation. Work will be performed in California, Md. (80%), St. Inigoes, Md. (10%), Bath, Maine (5%), and Pascagoula, Miss. (5%), and is expected to be completed in August 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Booz, Allen, and Hamilton, Inc., McLean, Va., is being awarded a $10,183,911 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-95-C-K067 to exercise an option for technical and engineering services to support Federal Information Process (FIP)/Non-FIP technical support for information technology programs. Work will be performed in St, Inigoes,

Md. (28.84%), Colorado Springs, Colo. (23.14%), Fort Walton Beach, Fla. (12.98%), El Paso, Texas (11.34%), McLean, Va. (11.03%), Stuttgart, Germany (7.17%), Fort Lee, Va. (2.14%), Chesapeake, Va. (2.08%), Tampa, Fla. (.64%), Fairfax, Va. (.37%), and College Station, Texas (.27%), and is expected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $1,597,500 will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Aquidneck Management Associates LTD.,* Newport, R.I., is being awarded a $7,052,314 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide 300,000 man-hours of technical and professional planning services for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, R.I. Work will be performed in Newport, R.I., and is expected to be completed by July 2003. Contract funds in the amount of $50,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via the internet and four offers were received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, R.I., is the contracting activity (N66604-98-D-5384).
