AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corp., Linthicum Heights, Md., is being awarded a $5,584,145 firm-fixed-price-contract to provide for 1,549 radar circuit card assemblies applicable to the F-16 aircraft. There were 31 firms solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is December 2000. Solicitation issue date was May 8, 1998. Negotiation completion date was Aug. 6, 1998. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity (F09603-95-G-0020-QP29).

ITT Systems and Sciences Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., was awarded on Aug. 21, 1998, a $43,646,615 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 Mission Software Support Program for Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, Colorado. This effort includes communication, space surveillance, and space defense mission applications software support, systems engineering and integration, and other general support services. Expected contract completion date is Sep. 30, 1999. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, Colo., is the contracting activity (F05604-97-D-9002, P00014).

NAVY

NCR Government Systems Corp., Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $20,963,351 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide automated teller machines (ATMs) and upgrades in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command's ATM's-At-Sea program office. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $49,999,739. Work will be performed in 21 ports within the continental U.S. and in 32 overseas locations, and the expected completion date is August 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $86,180 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00600-98-D-0215).

Whiting Turner Contracting Company, Bethesda, Md., is being awarded a $7,330,500 task order under a multiple awardee contract for miscellaneous repairs to Buildings 8 and 20 at Marine Barracks, 8th and I Streets, Washington, D.C. Work will be performed in Washington,

D.C., and the expected completion date is October 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic task order contract was competitively procured with 54 proposals solicited and four offers received. Four contractors compete for each task order under the terms and conditions of the existing multiple awardee contract. The Engineering Field Activity Chesapeake, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N62477-96-D-0158).
