AIR FORCE

Raytheon Aerospace Company, Madison, Miss., is being awarded a $6,481,852 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive-firm-target-contract to provide for FY 1999 trainer equipment maintenance at Sheppard AFB, Texas, and various other locations. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 1999. The 82nd Contracting Squadron, Sheppard AFB, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-97-C00509).

Lockheed Martin Aerospace Corp., North Las Vegas, Nev., is being awarded a $24,390,124 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 operation and maintenance of electronic threats and targets on the Nevada Test and Training Range, Nevada. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 1999. Solicitation issue date was Dec. 19, 1994. Range Management Office, Nellis AFB, Nev., is the contracting activity (F26600-95-C0037-P00093).

Arcata Associates, Inc., Las Vegas, Nev., is being awarded a $5,275,533 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 technical engineering support services of the Nevada Test and Training Range, Nevada. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 1999. Solicitation issue date was Feb. 1, 1995. Range Management Office, Nellis AFB, Nev., is the contracting activity (F26600-95-C0033-P00068).

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Inc., Vance Air Force Base, Okla., is being awarded a $47,838,510 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive-firm-target-with-award-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 operation and maintenance of Vance Air Force Base in support of undergraduate pilot training in the T-37, T-38, and T-1 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 1999. Air Education and Training Command Contracting Squadron, Randolph AFB, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-96-C-0500-P00057).

Lockheed Martin Logistics Management, Greenville, SC., is being awarded a $26,859,052 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive-firm-target-with-award-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 aircraft maintenance and related services in support of Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training in the T-37, T-38, and AT-38B aircraft. Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon and Eckhardt, Inc., is being awarded a $10,800,000 face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee-contract to provide for FY 1999 professional advertising services in support of Air Force Recruiting Service, Randolph AFB, Texas. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 1999. Air Education and Training Command Contracting Squadron, Randolph AFB, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-97-D-0500-P00006).

ARMY

The Ryan Co., Rockland, Mass., is being awarded a $10,453,500 firm-fixed-price contract to upgrade the base infrastructure systems at Buckley Air National Guard Base, to include improvements to the main roadway (Aspen St.), and side roads (medical loop and fuel farm bypass). Also included are site drainage and utility improvements, including but not limited to: roadway reconstruction, paving, grading, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, underground storm drain, waterline, sewer line, street lighting, gas, electrical, communications related facilities and landscaping improvements; and three buildings and associated site improvements. Work will be performed in Aurora, Colo., and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 52 bids solicited on June 10, 1998, and nine bids were received. The contracting activity is the National Guard Bureau, Aurora, Colo. (DAHA05-98-C-0009).

NAVY

Booz, Allen, and Hamilton, Inc., McLean, Va., is being awarded a $13,676,937 modification to previously awarded contract N00140-95-C-L036 to exercise an option to provide an estimated level of effort of 291,000 man-hours of technical and engineering services to support system integration programs for a variety of communication and electronic systems and subsystems. Work will be performed in St. Inigoes, Md. (73.5%), Washington, DC (16%), Tampa, Fla. (7%), Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. (3%), and Rochester, N.Y. (.5%), and is expected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Div., St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.

The Polote Corp.,* Savannah, Ga., is being awarded a $9,433,475 firm-fixed-priced contract for construction of a three-story bachelor enlisted quarters building, a one-story billeting office building, demolition/removal of existing buildings of asbestos containing materials and lead containing paint, site work landscaping, resurfacing of existing parking lot, and incidental related work at the Marine Corps Air Station, New River, N.C. Work will be performed in New River, N.C., and is expected to be completed by November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 100 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-96-C-6189).

Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Co., Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $7,931,706 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-97-C-2101 concerning the new attack submarine (NSSN) construction engineering and planning contract. This modification is for long lead construction of the aft reactor compartment bulkhead. This effort will assist in the verification of design sharing from the design yard Electric Boat and support construction of the second NSSN submarine. Work will be performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed in March 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

ManTech Systems Engineering Corp., Lexington Park, Md., is being awarded a $5,272,486 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-97-C-1430 to exercise an option to provide an estimated level of effort of 145,200 man-hours of technical and engineering services to support system integration programs for a variety of communication and electronic systems and subsystems. Work will be performed in Lexington Park, Md., and is expected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Div., St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.
