DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Propper International, Inc., Mayaquez, Puerto Rico, is being awarded a $7,792,000 firm-fixed-price contract for flyer's coveralls. Work is expected to be completed by May 24, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO100-99-C-5001).

D.J. Manufacturing Corp.*, Caguas, Puerto Rico, is being awarded a $5,449,200 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for flyer's coveralls. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 19, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO100-99-D-5004).

ARMY

Harris Corporation, Government Communications Systems Division, Melboume, Fla., is being awarded a $5,043,880 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 20 light weight High Gain X-Band Antennas (AS-4428/TSC) with ancillary spares kit per unit. Work will be performed in Palm Bay, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was announced on the electronic bulletin board on June 22, 1995, and three bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J. (DAAB07-95-C-A273).

NAVY

General Electric International, Inc., GE Engine Services, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $14,080,800 direct vendor delivery requirements contract for repair, a three-year warranty and material management functions for four T-700 engine components used on H-60, AH-1W and SH-2G aircraft. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $56,182,316. Work will be performed in Arkansas City, Kansas, and is expected to be completed in October 2003 (inclusive of options). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured with two proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-98-D-022F).

FLIR Systems, Inc., Portland, Oregon, is being awarded an $8,437,500 firm-fixed-price contract to procure 25 navigation systems and related support equipment for the UH-1N helicopter. Work will be performed in Portland, Oregon, and is expected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds in the amount of $6,772,500 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-98-F-0020).
