ARMY

Cordant Technologies, Thiokol Corp., Defense & Vehicle Division, Brigham City, Utah, is being awarded a $10,375,991 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the Unsymmetrical Dimethyl Hydrazine (UDMH) disposition system support infrastructure. The contractor shall, in the most cost effective means, design, specify, procure, assemble, install, integrate and certify infrastructure required to enable full operations of the two Krasnoyarsk UDMH disposition systems, and provide training, technical documentation, spares and consumables, and follow-on technical support. Work will be performed in Krasnovarsk, Russia, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 1, 1998. The contracting activity is the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Alexandria, Va. (DNA001-95-C-0066).

AIR FORCE

Octant Technologies, Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $7,839,205 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for the Micro-Satellite Integrated Software Development program. This effort will involve research and development services for software systems engineering, analysis and simulation, design, integration and test, launch support and on-orbit operations support for space control micro-satellites. Expected contract completion date is Aug. 31, 2001. Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04611-99-C-0006).

Boeing Military Aircraft and Missile Systems Group, Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $30,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for engineering services through December 1999 in support of the B-52 aircraft. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation issue date was Aug. 5, 1998. Negotiation completion date was Oct. 5, 1998. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-99-C-0006).

Lockheed Martin Federal Services Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., is being awarded a $36,311,018 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for hardware and software maintenance through October 1999 in support of the Command and Control Segment of the Air Force Satellite Control Network. Expected contract completion date is Oct. 31, 1999. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0033-P00035).
