DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

TNT Logistics Corporation, Inc., Linthicum, Md., is being awarded a $20,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for industrial spare parts under the Industrial Prime Vendor program. Four proposals were solicited and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by March 3, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0540-99-D-BP05).

Labatt Food Service*, San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $13,700,000 indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. One hundred sixty-eight proposals were solicited and five were received. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas, and is expected to be completed by March 16, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-99-D-2925).

Cardinal Health Inc., Dublin, Ohio, is being awarded an estimated maximum $9,256,000 modified requirements contract for pharmaceutical products under the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor program. One hundred five proposals were solicited and five were received. Work is expected to be completed by Oct. 5, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-99-D-7028).

Bindley Western Drug Co., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded an estimated maximum $175,456,470 modified requirements contract for pharmaceutical products under the Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor program. One hundred five proposals were solicited and five were received. Work is expected to be completed by Oct. 5, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-99-D-7027).

7016, are each awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract. The combined contracts total dollar value is $75,000,000 with each contractor having a guaranteed minimum of $250,000. The contracts are for Engineering Support Services for the Army Research Laboratory. They are expected to be completed by March 3, 2004. Work will be performed at Columbus, Ohio; San Diego, Calif.; and Alexandria, Va. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 101 bids solicited on June 16, 1998, and 6 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (TECOM).

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY

Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, Oak Brook, Illinois, is being awarded a $4,000,000 increment as part of a $58,910,810 firm fixed price construction contract for maintenance and new work dredging of approximately 14,000,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from Charleston Entrance Channel, Charleston Harbor, Charleston County, South Carolina and placed in an EPA Ocean-Dredged Material Disposal site and/or in an upland disposal area. Bidding schedule will include an option A and an option B. Bidders will bid on both options. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 15, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 26 bids solicited on Jan. 15, 1999, and 2 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston, S.C. (DACW60-99-0004).

NAVY

Rockwell International Corp., Collins Avionics & Communications Division, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $5,082,750 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-98-C-1091 to exercise an option for 251 control display navigation units for installation on various Navy aircraft. This modification also provides for the repair of repairables and for support services. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed by November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
