NAVY

NOVA/TIC Government Projects, (a joint venture), Napa, Calif., is being awarded a $15,766,500 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of a major waterfront improvement project at Naval Station Mayport. Work will include improvements to Wharves D, E, and F to provide the capability to nest three frigates at each berth. The project will also correct existing electrical power deficiencies at Wharves E and F. This contract contains options, which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative amount of this contract to $16,846,000. Work will be performed in Mayport, Fla., and is expected to be completed by November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 10 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, North Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N62467-98-C-0968).

Wm. G. Tadlock, Inc.*, La Mesa, Calif., is being awarded a $6,390,564 firm-fixed-price contract for all services, labor, equipment and materials for construction of a medical and dental facility at Naval Station Everett. Work will be performed in Everett, Wash., and is expected to be completed by August 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 75 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Engineering Field Activity, Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Poulsbo, Wash., is the contracting activity (N44255-99-C-9882).

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Vought Systems Division, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded $138,526,295 (base year total) as part of a $252,572,699 fixed-price incentive fee missile system and firm-fixed-price ancillary items contract, with a cumulative total of $391,098,994 if a one-year option is exercised. This acquisition is for 22 Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS) Block II/Brilliant Anti-Armor Submunition (BAT) Missile Systems, two Block II/BAT test missiles, two Tactical BATS, and four Instrumented BATS; and a firm-fixed-price contract for fielding support, auxiliary hardware and initial provisioning spares. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas (99.8%), and Horizon City, Texas (0.2%), and is

expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 24, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-99-C-0121).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Reinhart Institutional Foods, Inc., Oak Creek, Wis., is being awarded a $16,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. Work is expected to be completed by June 4, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO300-99-D-2906).
