DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Southern Terminal Services, LLC*, Summerville, S.C., was awarded on June 7, 1999, a $6,478,040 firm-fixed-price contract for providing and operating a fuel dispensing system. Thirty-two proposals were solicited, and five were received. Work will be performed in South Carolina and is expected to be completed by Dec. 14, 2014. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-99-D-5941).

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corp., Pico Rivera, Calif., is being awarded a $15,400,000 modification to cost-plus-incentive-fee contract F33657-81-C0067-P00740 to provide equitable adjustment for flight-test-related schedule changes in the engineering and manufacturing development effort for the B-2 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is September 2002. Solicitation issue date was April 1998. Negotiation completion date was August 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Federal Systems Owego Co., Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $154,063,331 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0196 to exercise an option for Phase II of the SH-60R multi-mission helicopter upgrade. This phase of the SH-60R multi-mission helicopter upgrade will combine new and modified subsystems to be integrated in the SH-60 aircraft to support offensive and defensive missions. Work will be performed in Owego, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

The Environmental Company, Inc.,* Issaquah, Wash., is being awarded a not-to-exceed maximum of $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity environmental services contract. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $5,000,000 (base year). Work will be performed in Bangor, Wash. (34.46%); Whidbey Island, Wash. (33%); Bremerton, Wash.

(31.32%); Coos Bay, Ore. (1%); Keyport, Wash. (.11%); Manchester, Wash. (.07%); and Silverdale, Wash. (.04%), and is expected to be completed by June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through publication in Commerce Business Daily and via internet web sites, and eight offers were received. The Engineering Field Activity, Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Poulsbo, Wash., is the contracting activity (N44255-98-D-4416).

IntelX Corp., Leesburg, Va., is being awarded a $19,759,954 fixed-price-incentive fee, firm-target contract to procure one E-2C Hawkeye 2000 weapon system trainer. Work will be performed in Leesburg, Va., and is expected to be completed by July 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through an electronic request for proposals, and two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61339-99-C-0084).

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Mass., is being awarded a $5,396,273 ceiling priced basic ordering agreement order for 41,370 various spares parts for the F-404 engine used on the F/A-18C/D aircraft. Among the 13 types of spares purchased will include cooling plates, dampers, and high pressure turbine blades. This order is for the government of Kuwait (100%) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be completed by December 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, is the contracting activity (F34601-97-G-0002) (Order GB80).
