DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Laclede Energy Resources, Inc., St. Louis, Mo., was awarded on July 13, 1999, a $5,004,839 firm-fixed-price fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas. Four hundred eighty-one proposals were solicited and forty-six were received. Work will be performed in Great Lakes, Ill., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-99-D-7503).

Willbros Operating Services, Inc., Tulsa, Okla., is being awarded a $10,353,720 firm-fixed-price contract to provide and operate an automated fuel dispensing facility. Proposals were solicited through the internet and seven were received. Work will be performed at 29 Palms, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2005. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-99-D-5939).

ARMY

Allied Signal Incorporated, Tempe, Ariz., is being awarded a $15,344,589 modification to a firm-fixed-price (cumulative total $34,673,262) contract for 6,580 hours of engineering support, which will provide support to the rebuild of 100 each AGT1500 engines at Anniston Army Depot (ANAT), Ala. Work will be performed in Anniston, Ala. (85%); and Phoenix, Ariz. (15%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on July 28, 1998. The U. S. Army Tank Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM), Warren, Mich. is the contracting activity (DAAE07-98-C-0033).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $45,635,439 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task order contract to procure engineering and technical services to support the development of information warfare systems located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, Calif. performed in Sunnyvale, Calif. (70%); and Point Mugu, Calif. (30%), and is expected to be completed by July 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 133 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-99-D-0155).

Veridian Engineering, Inc., Alexandria, Va., is being awarded a $38,136,373 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide engineering services in support of developmental efforts for information warfare systems located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu. Work will be performed in Camarillo, Calif. (70%); and Point Mugu, Calif. (30%), and is expected to be completed by July 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 133 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-99-D-0157).
