AIR FORCE

Rocketdyne Technical Services Company, Albuquerque, N.M., is exercising an option to a $7,700,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract, F05604-95-C-9011-P00072, to provide for FY2000 Operation, Maintenance, and Support and Research and Development at the Maui Space Surveillance System, Maui, Hawaii. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2000. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, Colo., is the contracting activity.

Sverdrup Technology, Inc., Tullahoma, Tenn., is exercising an option to a $29,887,478 cost-plus-award-fee contract, F08650-98-C-0035-P00012, to provide for FY2000 operation, maintenance, and sustaining engineering of launch and spacecraft service systems at Cape Canaveral Air Station, Fla. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2000. The 45th Contacting Squadron, Patrick AFB, Fla., is the contracting activity.

PRC, Inc., McLean, Va., is exercising an option to a $5,570,547 fixed-price-incentive contract, F05604-96-C-9004-P00026, to provide for FY2000 operation, maintenance, and logistical support of the Ground-Based Electro Optical Deep Space Surveillance System (GEODDS). Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2000. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, Colo., is the contracting activity.

NAVY

CHI Systems, Inc., Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $49,917,999 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide research and development support services for aircraft programs located onboard the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida. The support services will encompass basic research, applied research, advanced development, prototype development, technology transfer, and amplifying studies and analyses. All aspects of research endeavors will be supported, such as conducting surveys, designing and implementing experiments, reporting experiment results, conducting conferences/workshops, developing technologies, and conducting demonstrations. Work will be performed in Lower Gwynedd, Pa.(50%) and Orlando, Fla. (50%), and is expected to be completed by September 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of

the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through an electronic request for proposal with 32 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61339-99-D-0012).

Boeing North American, Inc., Electronic Systems and Missile Defense, Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $15,607,000 time and materials contract for design agent and technical engineering services for the AN/USQ-82(V) data multiplex system/fiber optic data multiplex system (DMS/FODMS). The An/USQ-82(V) DMS/FODMS is a complete ship's information transfer system used to transfer data to and from the navigation system damage control, alarm, propulsion plant, steering and various other systems. Work will be performed in Anaheim, Calif. (80%), and El Paso, Texas (20%), and is expected to be completed by November 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-99-C-5219).

Tingley Rubber Corp. South Plainfield, N.J., is being awarded a $7,283,010 firm-fixed-price contract for 200,000 pair of multipurpose overboots (MULO) and government purpose data rights to MULO Formula F-21C. Work will be performed in South Plainfield, N.J., and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity (M67854-99-C-3015).

Marconi Services Corp., Fort Walton Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $5,403,404 modification to previously awarded contract N00604-96-C-0041 to exercise an option for ammunition storage, and handling and management services at the Naval Magazine, Lualualei, Hawaii. With the exercise of this option, the total estimated cumulative value of this contract is $26,570,876. Work will be performed in Lualualei, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
