DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Owens & Minor Corp., Glen Allen, Va., is being awarded a $39,183,206 requirements contract for medical and surgical supplies under the Prime Vendor program. Work will be performed in Bridgeton, N.J.; Allentown, Pa.; and Savage, Md., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 29, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-97-D-7128/29/30/32).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Fairchild Systems, Syosset, N.Y., is being awarded a $22,775,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the FY 99 low rate initial production III of 4 F/A-18 Advanced Tactical Airborne Reconnaissance Systems (ATARS), 4 ATARS shipping containers, sustaining engineering, integrated logistics support and other related data. Work will be performed in Syosset, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by May 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-99-C-0004).

InfoEdge Technology,* Arlington, Va., is being awarded a $6,695,333 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for litigation support services such as scanning and coding of documents in support of the Office of General Counsel, Naval Litigation Office, Washington, D.C. This contract contains options, which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $35,856,766. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured as a Small Business Set-Aside, with 64 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington, is the contracting activity (N00600-00-D-0182).

AIR FORCE

TRW Systems and Information Technology Group, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a modification to a $l15,071,724 cost-plus-award-fee contract, F42610-98-C-0001, to provide for

low rate initial production for the Guidance Replacement Program supporting the Minuteman III missile. This effort is part of the Minuteman II Prime Integration Contract. Expected contract completion date is Aug. 31, 2001. Solicitation issue date was July 22, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Sept. 24, 1999. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity.
