DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

AGFA Division Bayer Corporation, Ridgefield Park, N.J., is being awarded a $250,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for digital imaging network, picture archiving and communications systems. Sixty-five proposals were solicited and five were received. Work will be performed in Teterboro, N.J., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 19, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-98-D-8701).

IBM Global Goverment Industry, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $250,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for digital imaging network, picture archiving and communications systems. Sixty-five proposals were solicited and five were received. Work will be performed in Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 19, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-98-D-8702).

US Foodservice, Continental Foods Division, Baltimore, Md., is being awarded a $7,400,000 firm-fixed-price contract indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution under the Prime Vendor program. Seventy-two proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Severn, Md., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 9, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-00-D-2976).

NAVY

ManTech Systems Engineering Corps. Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $14,192,373 modification to previously awarded contract M67854-97-D-3047 for four electro-optic variant low rate initial production units, technical data and two test program sets to the Third Echelon Test System. The electro-optic variant is used to diagnose and verify the correct operation of the following types of electro-optical line replaceable units: forward looking infrared systems, laser range finders/designators, television camera/display systems, direct view optics, modulated source trackers, and video contrast trackers. Work will be performed in Chantilly, Va., and is expected to be

completed by December 2001. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Services, Inc., Cherry Hill, N.J., is being awarded a $5,154,686 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-5140 to exercise an option for 166,330 man-hours to perform combat systems activation, operation, maintenance and engineering services in support of the AEGIS Combat System Center (ACSC), Wallops Island, Va. The contract will provide integration of the new AEGIS combat system baseline with those already installed, and provide connectivity to shared elements via the ACSC configuration switching system. Work will be performed in Wallops Island, Va., and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract funds in the amount of $4,175,295 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Stanley Associates Inc., Alexandria, Va., is being awarded a $10,220,952 delivery order amount as part of cost-plus-fixed-fee contract DAAA09-96-G-0004, for the FY2000 automation requirement for continued development, testing, implementation and support of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) and the Automated Battlebook System (ABS). Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2000. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 30, 1999. The U.S. Army Armament, Munitions & Chemical Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

ARCTEC Alaska, Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded a $20,402,427 firm-fixed-price contract, F65501-00-C0001, to provide for operation and maintenance of the AN/FPS-117 Minimally Attended Radar and AN/FPS-124 Unattended Radar comprising the Alaskan Radar System from February through September 2000 (phase in from December 1999 through January 2000). There were 42 firms solicited and two proposals received. Negotiation completion date was Oct. 4, 1999. The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, is the contracting activity.

DYNPAR, Reston, Va., is being awarded a $26,908,256 firm-fixed-price contract, F34650-99-C-0082, to provide for performance of the civil engineering function at Tinker AFB, Okla., from June 2000 through May 2001 (orientation period April 2000-May 2000). This effort will include facility maintenance, ground maintenance, plant operations, infrastructure support, architect/engineer design, construction management, real property management, military family housing management, disaster preparedness, civil engineering material control, and civil engineering funds management. This contract is being awarded as the result of a cost comparison study in accordance with the provisions of Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. Expected

contract completion date is May 31, 2007. Solicitation issue date was May 12, 1998. Negotiation completion date was Nov. 23, 1998. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity.

Ahntech, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $29,481,893 firm-fixed-price contract, F44650-00-C0004, to provide for operations, maintenance, and support of Air Combat Command's primary training ranges through FY2003. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2003. Solicitation issue date was April 16, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Oct. 12, 1999. Air Combat Command Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, Va., is the contracting activity.
