DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Coastal Refining & Marketing, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $39,584,160 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for aviation turbine fuel, JP8. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SPO600-00-D-0460).

DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY

Affiliated Food, Inc., of Amarillo, Texas was awarded a $6,565,686 indefinite-delivery- indefinite-quantity. Work will be performed at Amarillo, Texas with deliveries of milk and milk products to various commissaries located in DeCA's Midwest Region with a contract completion date of Dec. 24, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Twenty-five firms were solicited and 21 bids were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA02-00-D-0017).

Sinton Dairy Foods, Colorado Springs, Colorado was awarded a $6,344,726 indefinite-delivery- indefinite-quantity. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado with deliveries of milk and milk products to various DeCA commissaries located in DeCA's Midwest Region with a contract completion date of Dec. 24, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Twenty-five firms were solicited and 21 bids were received. The contracting activity is the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA02-00-D-0018).

NAVY

Raytheon Technical Services Company, Indianapolis, Ind., is being issued a $16,938,677 firm-fixed-price order for two oscillator subassemblies and two signal data converters in support of F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N000383-G-001A) (Order 5226).

Raytheon Technical Services Company, Indianapolis, Ind., is being issued a $7,730,358 firm-fixed-price order for three radar data processors in support of the AN/APG-71 radar used on F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed by October 2001. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N000383-G-001A) (Order 5225).

AIR FORCE

Boeing Military Aircraft and Missile Systems Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $14,800,000 modification to a firm fixed price contract, F34601-99-C-0096-P00008, to provide for design, warhead selection, and long lead procurement in support of fifty AGM-86D Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missiles. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.
