ARMY

Lockheed Martin Vought Systems, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $17,600,000 letter contract modification to cost-plus-incentive-fee contract DAAH01-98-C-0062, for PATRIOT Advanced Capability. The contractor shall develop special configuration test hardware to support special flight testing for PATRIOT Anti-Tactical Missile Capabilities System Growth (PAC-3). The contractor shall furnish all services, hardware, facilities, equipment, and provide all technical, planning, management and manufacturing efforts. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala. (54%); Dallas, Texas (28%); Camden, Ark. (12%), and Clear Water, Fla. (6%), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 15, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 20, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Hunt Building Corp., El Paso, Texas, was awarded a $34,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for off base Navy family housing replacement units at the Carper Farms Area, Virginia Beach. The contract provides for construction of 290 three, four and five bedroom townhouse units, a housing office and self help warehouse; privacy fencing; exterior storage sheds, and landscaping. Site improvements to include upgrading of existing electrical and gas systems; modifications to storm drainage and water distribution; reworking of existing road network; providing new curbs and gutters; general landscaping and tot lots. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed by June 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 64 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-95-C-5046).

Marconi Systems Technologies, Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $12,218,911 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-97-C-1460 to exercise an option to provide technical and engineering support services for the integration and testing of radio communications systems for shipboard installation. Work will be performed in California, Md. (80%t); St. Inigoes, Md. (10%); Bath, Maine (5%); and Pascagoula, Miss. (5%), and is expected

to be completed by August 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Sensor and Systems Sector, Defensive Systems Division, Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being awarded an $11,592,552 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-99-C-1240 to exercise an option for the FY 00 full rate production of eight consolidated automated support system electro-optics stations. Work will be performed in Rolling Meadows, Ill., and is expected to be completed by January 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Dillingham Construction Pacific, Ltd., dba Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded an $11,210,000 firm-fixed price contract for fuel modernization consolidation of jet propellant-8 (JP-8) at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center. This contract contains options, which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $16,612,000. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by January 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured with 54 proposals solicited and nine offers received. The Regional Officer in Charge of Contracts, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-98-C-1351).

Norfolk Shipbuilding and Drydocking Corp., Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $7,484,328 firm-fixed price job order for the service craft overhaul of SHIPPINGPORT (ARDM 4) which will involve drydocking of the ship to allow scheduled maintenance to hull and ballast tanks. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va., and is expected to be completed by May 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured with six proposals solicited and two offers received. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, USN, Groton, Conn., is the contracting activity (N00024-92-H-8045) (Job Order L8-01).

AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Training Systems, St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $12,766,944 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-89-C-2104-P00078, to provide for contractor logistics support through September 2000 for the ground based trainer systems supporting the T-1A aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Aerospace Company, Madison, Miss., is being awarded a $13,540,051 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-99-C-0016-P00003, to provide for contractor logistics support through September 2000 for the T-1A aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
